Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must be in perfect condition with no signs of use or damage. All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included with the return.

Return Period
You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or refund request.

Return Procedure

  • Order number (#)
  • Description of the item to be returned
  • Reason for the return

We will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Condition of Return
Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was sent incorrectly. 

For customers returning a product due to a change of mind rather than damage or an incorrect shipment, we recommend selecting Premium Insured Shipping at checkout, which is available for an additional fee. This option ensures the return process is covered without any additional cost for the return shipping.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Processing time may vary based on your bank.

Exclusions
There are no exclusions; all products are eligible for return under the terms specified above.

Refund or Exchange:

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will arrange for a refund or exchange, according to your preference.
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Product:
