Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 72 hours, Monday through Friday, from the warehouse nearest to your shipping address based on available stock. Our stocked warehouses are located in California, the United States, Poland, and Shenzhen, China. Should you have concerns about the shipping warehouse, please contact us before placing your order.

Please note that due to our pricing structure, we do not offer free returns. Should you wish to return an item for reasons such as a change of mind, you are responsible for arranging the return shipment to us.

We recommend using a secure and tracked service to ensure the safe return of items within 30 days from the date of receiving the product, in a condition suitable for resale. Upon receiving your returned order, we will conduct a thorough inspection, and refunds will be processed within 14 days.
